Note: Only the current version (v1.3) is legally binding. Prior versions are archived here for reference. Per §17 of our Terms, material changes are notified 14 days in advance by email and in-app notice.

Cancellation & Data Retention Alignment

Changes in this version

Canceling or letting a paid plan end no longer triggers deletion of your data. Your account continues on the free plan with your contacts, pipeline, notes, and history intact (§6.2, §6.6). The prior 45-day post-cancellation deletion, dormant-account deletion, and payment-failure deletion countdowns are removed.

Data is deleted when you ask, after termination for cause once the 45-day export window passes (§16), or where required by law.

Corrected the summary and §6.4 to state that the free trial never converts to a paid subscription automatically (no card is required).

The Privacy Policy (v1.2) retention table and §5 were updated to match.

Trial Length Extension

Trial Terms Correction

Changes in this version

Corrected the Free Trial disclosure (§5.1), which had described a model the product does not use — a credit card required at signup with an automatic charge unless cancelled. The trial has never collected payment information; §5.1 now accurately states that no credit card is required and the account automatically continues on the free plan (never a paid subscription) if no action is taken.
