All CRM data, contacts, imported files, and PLM sessions belong entirely to you. LifeEdge Pro claims no ownership. We will never use your data to contact your clients or prospects directly.

We may disclose data if required by valid law enforcement process, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of LifeEdge Pro or its users.
This section applies only if you choose to connect the optional Google Calendar integration.
We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer Google user data to any third parties. Google data is used exclusively within the Platform to provide the calendar sync service described in this section.
You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting Google Calendar in your LifeEdge Pro account Settings, or by removing access through your Google Account permissions. OAuth tokens are deleted from our systems within 24 hours of revocation.
LifeEdge Pro’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use: HTTPS encryption in transit; PBKDF2-SHA-512 password hashing; JWT authentication with token versioning; rate limiting on all sensitive endpoints; and parameterized database queries preventing SQL injection. No security measure is 100% guaranteed. Report suspected breaches to support@lifeedgepro.com immediately.

Submit verifiable requests to privacy@lifeedgepro.com. Fulfilled within 45 calendar days, with possible 45-day extension. We aim for 10 business days. Deletion requests run from the date of request.
Essential cookies only (JWT authentication and session management). No advertising, tracking, behavioral analytics, or third-party marketing cookies. Disabling cookies prevents login and Platform use.
The Platform is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors and will delete any such data immediately upon discovery.
Material changes notified by email and in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
We aim to respond to all privacy inquiries within 2 business days.
