Billing FAQ

How does monthly billing work?

You're charged the plan's monthly price today, then the same amount every month on that date until you cancel. Cancel anytime from Account Settings — no fee, no minimum commitment.

How does the annual plan work?

Your subscription is billed as a single annual payment today and grants full access for 12 months. To ensure uninterrupted service, your plan automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle — at the then-current annual price — unless you cancel prior to your scheduled renewal date. No refunds are issued for partial years.

How do I cancel?

Cancel any time from My Profile → Account in the app. Your plan stays active through the end of the period you already paid for, then moves to the Free plan — no further charges.
